Biblical Perspective of Marriage
October 4, 2026Jon and Beth Weber
Jon and Beth Weber unpack what Scripture teaches about marriage as a perfect, permanent, dependent, and sacrificially loving partnership — contrasted with the world's competing views — and walk through marriage as a covenant rather than a contract. The session covers God's design from Genesis, the three biblical types of love (agape, phileo, and eros) that create oneness, and practical steps for leaving and cleaving to strengthen the marriage relationship.
Resolving Conflict and Managing Anger
October 11, 2026Bill and Jenn Deitrick
Bill and Jenn Deitrick walk couples through a biblical foundation for handling conflict and anger, the five common patterns couples fall into when confronting disagreement, and a Crucial Conversations framework for staying in healthy dialog, restoring safety, and pulling back from the brink when a conversation starts to escalate. The session closes with a look at forgiveness and the difference between normal, everyday conflict and deeper conflict that calls for outside help.
